Delivery Terms

All orders are delivered subject to the respective brands terms as outlined below. Please be aware that unless otherwise specified all orders are delivered using a third-party courier service. For any oversized items, greater than 30kg, third party couriers may not be insured to deliver the cabinet to inside your home. In such cases, it is recommended that you organise help with moving your new item(s) into the correct room. Stocking Policy

Any items currently ‘out of stock’ will be placed on back-order and will take an additional six weeks for delivery. We will contact you to confirm an accurate delivery date on receipt of stock.

Please note that our stock is updated weekly and is subject to rapid change. If a product is unavailable at the time of ordering, we will notify you on receipt of your order and your item will be placed on back order as above. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellation Policy

We adhere to distance selling regulations applicable in the United Kingdom. You can cancel your order by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 7 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.

On delivery

To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture, please open and check the contents on delivery before signing. If the box or packaging looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible.


Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the item(s). You are the owner of the item(s) once delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. We ask that you return the goods in the original packaging such as to prevent damage while waiting to be returned and in transit.

It is your responsibility to return the items to us in good (re-saleable) condition and at your own cost. Orders will not be refunded if returned in a non re-saleable condition.

Please allow two weeks from your posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Brand Orders


All of our BDi designs are delivered direct to your door by a skilled 2-man courier service!

Personal ‘Designed For’ delivery and setup services are also available and fully customisable. If you require this option over those shown above please contact us on 01943 496054 for more details. This is a chargeable service subject to staff availability, delivery location and time. The personalised Designed For delivery and setup service starts at £150 per order.

Delivery dates are subject to stock availability, which can change rapidly. On placing your order, you may be contacted by a member of our sales team who will advise you of our current stock position and available delivery dates. Herman Miller & CBS

All Herman Miller and CBS orders, unless stocked by us, are delivered directly by Herman Miller. As such, stock and delivery lead-times are subject to Herman Millers delivery schedule. Rye & Moor

Rye & Moor are responsible for the manufacturing and delivery process. Each product is manufactured on a ‘made to order’ basis. Delivery lead-times are typically 5 – 7 working days. You will be notified by us if any orders fall beyond this time schedule. Returns are subject to the above terms.

Other Brands

All products available on the Designed For website are available to order and deliver direct to your location of choice.

Unless the number of units available is specified within the product page, all orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver.
